| 1981-This car was originally built for Doug Heveron in 1980. Ed LaPrade was the builder and chief mechanic for the Heveron team. With Shampine as his mentor, Heveron racked up stat's like no other. He sits 5th on the Oswego All-Time Win List, garnering his first of 36 wins in 1980. Records show back-to-back Championships and Classic wins for 1981-82, and in 1981 he tied Shampine's 13 win seasonal record. | ||
